What is Sigixtract?
Sigixtract is an intelligent document processing platform. It classifies documents, extracts fields and tables, validates the results and delivers structured data to your systems through an API, webhooks or integrations.
What is intelligent document processing?
Intelligent document processing uses AI to classify documents, extract data and validate it, so invoices, statements, forms and similar documents become structured data without manual entry.
How is it different from plain OCR?
OCR turns a page into text. Sigixtract identifies which values matter, checks them against your rules, and delivers them in a format your systems can use.
Do I need templates or training data?
No. The models read new layouts without templates, and accuracy improves as your reviewers correct fields.
Which documents can it process?
Invoices, purchase orders, receipts, bank statements, ID cards, insurance forms, shipping documents and more. If your document is not listed, send us a sample.
How accurate is the extraction?
Accuracy depends on document quality and type. We measure it on your own documents during the pilot, at both field level and document level.
How do documents get into Sigixtract?
By email, upload, SFTP, shared drives or API.
How does data reach our systems?
Through webhooks, the REST API or connectors for the systems you use, such as ERP, accounting and loan platforms.
